New Leaf is a therapeutic group home providing stable, family-style living for foster and at-risk youth ages 8–20. The program focuses on emotional safety, academic guidance, mentoring, and the development of essential life skills needed for independence. We believe every young person deserves safety, stability, and unwavering support. Through trauma-informed care, consistent structure, and hands-on agricultural skill-building, New Leaf helps youth build hope, resilience, confidence, and a sense of purpose.
Evergreen provides long-term supportive living for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Residents receive consistent care, life skills training, and community involvement opportunities in a peaceful, homestead style environment.
We Are rooted in dignity, independence, and individualized care. Our program blends person-centered plans with inclusive community living and hands-on agricultural skill-building. We focus on developing practical skills that foster autonomy, confidence, and a deep sense of belonging.
The Sanctuary provides safe, stable, and compassionate family-style living for elderly adults who need supportive care. Our program centers on dignity, emotional safety, personalized guidance, and the daily living skills that uphold independence. We believe every elder deserves respect, stability, and a community that truly cares.
